All commissioned pieces are only for personal use unless stated by commissioner and commercial fee has been applied.
By agreeing to the commission and paying for the commission, you are agreeing to the "Terms of Service"PAYMENTS
Upfront payment or 50/50 payment terms (50% upfront, 50% upon sketch approval) for orders $150 USD and up 🙏- Sketch will be worked once payment payment has been made- Approved proposals and invoices unpaid within 2 weeks will automatically be declined to open up slots unless notice was given by commissionerREVISIONS
4 Revisions are included! Small changes are welcome as well until we get to the shading process where no more revisions can be made. 🙏DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Base deadline is 3-4 weeks (after full payment) for single character pieces and will change if more characters/details are needed in the piece.- Rush fees may be applied if the piece is needed in less than 3 weeks.USE
Base prices are all for non-commercial use of the final product. If end product is to be used commercially, extra fees will apply.REFUNDS
- Refunds are only acceptable before the sketch.
- Waitlist deposit refunds only acceptable within one week of payment
- Will get 80% (minus VGen/payment processing fees) of money back.
- No refund can be issued once sketch has been started.COMMUNICATION
